Our standards include DTAC, DCB0129 clinical safety, the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit and Cyber Essentials Plus. We are HSCN compliant and a MIG accredited partner, with annual penetration testing.
On secure, UK-based Google Cloud servers. Only a small number of named people at Healum can access personal data, and our Data Protection Officer is consulted before any new use of data starts.
Only their healthcare professionals. Healum only sees app data once it has been anonymised.
Healum suggests options based on what other clinicians chose for similar patients, using data only from consenting clinicians and patients. This is designed to tackle algorithmic bias, and clinicians always make the decision.
