Be Well, Feel Good
The Healum app makes it easy to find the information that I have been taught during the class so I can refer back to it later …
What the trust set out to do
The trust wanted digital tools to improve outcomes, help staff motivate people between sessions, run the service more efficiently and reduce health inequalities with a personal approach.
What the team did
Dietitians and nutritionists used Healum to build each participant a plan of education, support and motivation, shared to their app. They agreed goals, tracked progress, messaged people between sessions and shared resources and local services.

What changed
- 758 supportive chat messages
- 524 goals agreed and shared
- 2,976 views of resources like the Eat Well Guide
- 2,862† resources shared through the app, not printed or emailed
Every member of the delivery team said sharing through the app saved them time.
In their words
“If a participant’s progress is going in the right direction I can congratulate them and encourage them to keep doing what they’re doing.”
Dietitian, Be Well, Feel Good
“Sharing resources is the most useful part. It is not limited by how much information you can provide or how much printing you can do.”
Nutritionist, Be Well, Feel Good
